A consistent top producer, he has been a full-time real estate professional since 1985 and has a large number of repeat clients and referrals.
Karl’s goal is to find the home you want at a price you can afford or help you sell your home at the price you want. His experience in finance, contracts, negotiating, and marketing make him a tremendous resource to his clients.
Karl’s background in sales includes selling boats and yachts and racing sailboats all over the United States. He owned New Moon II, a health food store in Garden Grove, which he sold, then worked as a branch manager at a Savings and Loan.
In 1975, Karl took a year to travel the entire United States, Mexico (Baja California), Prince Edwards Island, and Nova Scotia.
Karl and his wife, Susan have four grown children. Susan currently works for a title company.
